產(chǎn)品介紹：
三元乙丙橡膠有優(yōu)越的耐氧化、抗臭氧和抗侵蝕能力，可用于制作成本低廉的橡膠產(chǎn)品，例如塑膠跑道，地毯等等
相對(duì)于之前的型號(hào)，有兩個(gè)預(yù)處理的程序，分別叫做flocking（植絨）和slip-coating（涂刮）。
在flocking（植絨）過程中，等離子處理需要使得橡膠表面和黏膠能達(dá)到強(qiáng)大的粘結(jié)性能，而涂刮過程則需要噴霧（等離子體）來實(shí)現(xiàn)良好的潤(rùn)濕性和最佳的黏合性能。
Profile TEC需要昂貴的引子，危險(xiǎn)的化學(xué)物質(zhì)或者粗糙的研磨刷，通過等離子處理仍能創(chuàng)造一個(gè)環(huán)保的、經(jīng)濟(jì)的制造過程，profile TEC適合用戶定制，導(dǎo)電固體橡膠處理，導(dǎo)電海綿等物質(zhì)。
該款儀器能提供360°的無縫處理角度，線速度可達(dá)40m/min
Profile tec能配置單個(gè)或者多個(gè)噴頭，每個(gè)噴頭都可單獨(dú)調(diào)整，噴頭都可采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置或者客戶定制模式。
